For 2012 we are offering exhibitors a chance to reserve grooming/crating space in advance. This space will be available starting Tuesday April 10, 2012 after 4pm and will be yours through Monday April 16, 2012 until noon. Electricity is available in all spaces. Cost for 10 x 10 space is $10 for the week. Proceeds from reserved grooming will help defray the cost of using the large hall for all of our indoor events. Spaces will be assigned in advance and will be marked. Folks wanting to set up together must send that info on the reservation form.

After the closing date the grooming space will be free but exhibitors will have to use space that is not reserved. Crating space is limited on Wednesday and Thursday because of the club having 2 agility rings. Grooming is only permitted in the area where the floor is covered by plastic. Anyone bringing crates, grooming tables, chairs, etc into the Great Hall are must make sure that their equipment does not damage the flooring. Exhibitors will be responsible to pay for damages done by their dogs, equipment, or children. Dogs will NOT be allowed to stay in building overnight.
