The tracking test is all-breed, Malinois preferred. The test will be held at the Sullivan Airport, in Sullivan, Mo., which is about 25 miles from Purina Farms. The cover is mowed grass, and is usually lush. There will be two tracks in a hay field. Our tracking judges are Carol Ruthenberg, from White Heath, Il. Carol has been tracking for over 25 years, and has been a tracking judge since 1986, and is approved for all three levels of tracking judge. Our second judge is Terri Everwine, from Barrington, IL. Terri has titled various breeds over the years, and has been a tracking judge since 1991. Bio's of both judges are on the site. The Sullivan Parks and Recreation Dept. is generously offering this site to us; it has been used in the past by the Gateway Tracking Club. this club has been very helpful to our organization in suggesting sites and contact people. If you've never watched our beautiful Malinois track, you are missing a real treat! If you're coming to the specialty, try to arrive early and watch the TD test! |
