 2010 ABMC SpecialtyBelgian Malinois 2010 SpecialtyTuesday May 11, 2010 - Sunday May 16, 2010Carol Ruthenberg I am truly excited and honored to be a part of the 2010 American Belgian Malinois National Specialty! I wish every exhibitor in every venue the best of luck. I have been involved with tracking for over 25 years training Siberian Huskies, a Flat-Coated Retriever, a Labrador Retriever, a Pembroke Welsh Corgi and now only my beloved Belgian Tervuren. I started judging AKC tracking in 1986 and have added TDX and VST to my judging duties. I love to judge and meet all of the wonderful tracking folks throughout the country and I expecially enjoy the thrill that comes with getting a title at one's own breed specialty. Along with my judging duties I enjoy exhibiting in Tracking, Obedience and the Breed ring with my Tervs. I am still celebrating finishing my third "Well-balanced" CH/UD/TDX Terv! I also teach tracking and obedience for my home club, the Dog Training Club of Champaign-Urbana (Illinois). I am a member of the American Belgian Tervuren Club and have served as the editor of the Tervuren News Tales for the past 11 years. I currently sit on the AKC Tracking Advisory Committee.
