Lion's Gate Hotel

The resort-like property features accommodations for the single traveler as well as suites and cottages that can sleep up to 16 people.  On-site amenities include swimming pool, high-speed Internet access, in room wet bar, and kitchenettes.  The Lion's Gate Hotel was the site of the 2008 Borzoi Club of America National Specialty. 

Free Breakfast
All Lions Gate Hotel Guests enjoy a plentiful, complimentary “all you care to eat” Continental Breakfast Buffet. The buffet includes a wide variety of Baked Goods (Muffins, Pastry, Bagels, Croissant, & Donuts), Bread/Toast, Cold Cereals, Fruit, Hot Oatmeal, and Yogurt. In addition, guests may select from a wide variety of  Juices, Milk, Coffee and Tea.

Upgraded Hot Buffet
For just $3.95, you have the option of upgrading to the Full Hot American Style Breakfast Buffet. This includes “made-to-order” Waffles, Eggs, Bacon/Sausage, and Breakfast Potatoes.

Rates
A special rate of $99/night has been arranged for National Specialty attendees.  Room Rate includes Free Continental Breakfast, Free Parking, and Free Shuttle Service to and from the Sacramento International Airport. 

For reservations, contact the hotel at 916-643-6222 or Toll Free 1-866-866-7100 and mention the group code ABMC for the rate.  The ABMC block of rooms will be held until March 21, 2009 at 5:00 pm Pacific time.  Reservations requests received after 5:00pm local time at the Hotel on March 21, 2009 will be accepted on a space and rate availability basis.

Pet Fee
There will be a mandatory $75.00 charge to all guests who have a dog in their room. Each guest will receive $50.00 of this charge back upon check out once the room is inspected by a Housekeeping Manager. In the event the guest room has damages caused by the dog, the hotel will keep the entire $75.00 cleaning fee. If damages to the room are above and beyond $75.00 the guest will be charged accordingly.
